  • Represented several developers in connection with the formation of condominiums for certain multi-unit properties located in Baltimore City, including the preparation and filing of Public Offering Statements with the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Maryland and the preparation, review and filing of condominium instruments.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $38,000,000 acquisition and financing of apartment buildings located in southern Maryland.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $30,000,000 acquisition and financing of apartment buildings containing more than 500 units located in the southeastern United States.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the purchase of eleven shopping centers in central Maryland.
  • Co-represented separate developers in connection with the conversion to a condominium regime of both mid-size and large apartment buildings located in Baltimore City.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with an approximately $40,000,000 refinancing of commercial property located in Manhattan.
  • Co-Represented related buyers in connection with the acquisition and financing of numerous parcels of raw land located in Baltimore, Carroll and Howard Counties, to be used for residential development.
  • Co-Represented related buyers in connection with the approximately $27,000,000 refinancing of numerous apartment buildings located in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, and with the approximately $13,000,000 refinancing of numerous apartment buildings located in Baltimore and Washington Counties.
  • Co-Represented related buyers in connection with the approximately $27,000,000 refinancing of numerous apartment buildings located in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. 
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $15,000,000 acquisition and financing of an apartment project located in Virginia.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $70,000,000 acquisition and financing of an office building located in central Florida.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $115,000,000 acquisition and financing of a portion of an office building located in Manhattan.
  • Co-Represented a buyer in connection with the approximately $165,000,000 acquisition and financing of various parcels of land located in Pennsylvania.
  • Represented a developer in connection with the preparation, and filing with the Interstate Land Sales Office of HUD, of a Statement of Record for purposes of registering a project under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act.
