Michael Quinn concentrates his practice on business acquisitions, corporate financing, general business law matters, computer and internet law, and income tax law. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A. Mathematics) and the George Washington University Law School, cum laude, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the George Washington Law Review. Michael has served as a lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Law in the areas of corporate and partnership taxation and has contributed to the Journal of Taxation. He has been included in the 2003-2006 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Law.
