Price Gielen concentrates on civil and criminal litigation in the federal and state courts. He is a 1973 summa cum laude graduate of Lehigh University, where he also was elected to Phi Beta Kappa while earning seven letters in two varsity sports. He graduated in 1976 from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Executive Editor of Law and Policy in International Business. From 1976 to 1977, he was a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Miller, Jr., United States District Court for the District of Maryland. From 1980 to 1984, he was an Assistant United States Attorney. Since leaving the U. S. Attorney's Office, he has handled a wide array of civil and criminal matters, while concentrating on financial and transactional disputes, real estate concerns, professional malpractice and claims of fraud and/or misrepresentation.
