Nichole’s practice areas include civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation and trusts and estates litigation. Nichole is a graduate of Liberty University and the University of Baltimore School of Law, magna cum laude. She was an associate editor on the University of Baltimore Law Forum and is a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. Prior to joining Neuberger, Quinn, Nichole was a law clerk for the Honorable Peter B. Krauser on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals for the 2002-2003 term.
Nichole is a co-author of a chapter in one of MICPEL’s newest publications, “Residential Real Estate Transactions,” Fourth Edition. Published in January 2005, this publication reviews the law, details the procedures and offers solutions to the problems relating to contracts of sale, title insurance, the lender’s role, pre-closing, settlement, federal taxes and local practice issues involved in the purchase and sale of homes in Maryland.
