David Snyder is Of Counsel to the firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business planning and tax planning.
Prior to joining the firm David was a partner at the law firm of Martin, Snyder & Bernstein, P.A.
David received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1969. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's degree in 1966. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Finan, Associate Judge with the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1969-70.
He has been included in the 2003-2006 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquistions and Securities Law.
David is a member of the American Bar and Maryland State Bar Associations.
