Stacy is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group. She handles transactions relating to office, retail and warehouse leasing (representing both tenants and landlords), real estate financing, zoning matters, acquisition and disposition of real estate, state regulation with regards to real property assessments, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. 

 

REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONS:

 

Leasing Activity

 

  • Representing regional landlord and negotiating retail leases with local, regional and national tenants for 180,000+ square foot suburban Lifestyle Center
  • Representing regional landlord and negotiating office and warehouse leases in the Baltimore metropolitan area
  • Representing national tenant and negotiating retail leases with national landlord for spaces in off-price outlet centers throughout the country
  • Reviewing office leases and providing negotiating advice for regional and national tenants for locations throughout the county

Refinancing

 

  • $6MM Construction Permanent Loan
  • $18MM Refinancing of 441 unit apartment complex in the Baltimore metropolitan area

Property Acquisition

 

  • Purchase of eleven (11) office properties in Pennsylvania, totaling over $130MM, with primary responsibility on reviewing ALTA/ACSM surveys, title and other due diligence matters.
  • Purchase of five (5) office properties in Virginia, totaling over $50MM, with primary responsibility on reviewing ALTA/ACSM surveys, title and other due diligence matters.
  • Purchase of  220-unit apartment complex in Virginia, totaling $30MM, with primary responsibility on reviewing ALTA/ACSM surveys, title and other due diligence matters.
