Simon is an associate in the firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups. He handles a wide range of transactions relating to business formations, real estate acquisition and financing, and tax-driven restructuring transactions and other corporate transactions.

Simon worked as a law clerk at Neuberger, Quinn Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. since January 2006. He worked previously as a law clerk at Herrick, Feinstein, LLP.

Simon received his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center in May 2006, and was admitted to the state bar in December 2006. He was a member of The Tax Lawyer, the official tax publication of the American Bar Association, and the Co-President of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Simon graduated from the Ner Israel Rabbinical College with both master’s and bachelor’s Degrees in Talmudic Law.

Simon is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
