
Lazar Krintzman
Lazar Krintzman, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning Transactions Group. Lazar represents clients in all types of real estate transactions, including the purchase, financing and sale of commercial and residential assets. Lazar also represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including commercial lending transactions and general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Lazar served as general counsel for two large real estate companies which owned and managed a combined 6,000 units across Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Maryland. He also practiced in a Baltimore-based title company where he conducted over 250 sales and refinances.
Lazar was awarded a full scholarship to the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law from where he graduated with a concentration in real estate law. He currently sits on the board of directors as president for Cheder Chabad – an elementary school with over 350 students. He resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and family.
