Stanford D. Following his graduation from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he earned his LL.B. in 1966, Stanford spent five years in the Maryland Attorney General's Office, including three years as chief counsel to the Department of Licensing Regulation. He received his B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1964.
