Abigail Allen is an associate attorney at Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. in the commercial real estate and business planning & transactions practice groups who works on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, and business contracts.

Abigail previously worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she analyzed complex transactions in order to advise business owners and attorneys on the tax obligations of corporations under the federal tax code. Abigail has also worked on transactions involving commercial lending for business loans and commercial real estate loans.

Abigail received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was involved in the Women’s Bar Association, Business Law Society, competed with the Transactional Law Team, and completed the Business Law Track, which provides graduates with knowledge in a wide range of business law-related topics She received her bachelor’s degree from Truman State University, where she majored in Philosophy & Religion and minored in French.
