Bernard Katz

Bernard Katz is an Associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. He represents clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, financing and disposition of residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use projects. Bernard also facilitates business formations and joint ventures.

Before joining the firm, Bernard was an associate in the Finance and Banking group of an Amlaw 100 firm where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and the financing of renewable energy facilities. Bernard also has experience representing banks and community development financial institutions in the financing and development of commercial real estate projects. 

Bernard earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and resides with his wife and four kids in Baltimore, Maryland.
