Susan Wilkins is a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. A member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group, she represents clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential, commercial, office and mixed-use projects.
Susan's broad experience includes commercial office, retail, multifamily, residential and mixed-use commercial development acquisitions, development, financings and sales throughout the United States; and condominium projects and conversions in Baltimore City.
Susan has been included in the 2011 through 2017 editions of Best Lawyers, a peer-reviewed publication, in the area of Real Estate Law.
Susan earned a J.D. from Emory University School of Law where she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Emory Law Journal. She completed her undergraduate studies at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, earning a B.A. in History with a concentration in Russian and German history. Before joining Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., she worked in yacht sales and customization in Edgewater, Maryland.
